Situated within the prestigious Vintage Club, this Mediterranean residence was thoughtfully reimagined to reflect a lighter, contemporary interior while preserving its architectural integrity. At the client’s request, the exterior structure remained unchanged, allowing the transformation to unfold entirely through refined material selections, softened palettes, and curated furnishings.
Dark hardwood floors were refinished in a washed walnut tone, travertine surfaces were honed, and the interiors were enveloped in a warm, soft cream. Custom-designed furnishings, high-end outdoor and interior pieces, Stark carpeting, and commissioned artwork by a local desert artist completed the composition. Executed while the clients were away, the project was delivered in its entirety upon their return, revealing a serene and elevated new environment.
