The Grande

This residence at The Grande was defined by its extraordinary panoramic views, which became the central focus of the design. The project presented the opportunity to fully engage the surrounding landscape and extend the visual experience far beyond the interior.

A complete interior demolition allowed for a reconfiguration of the space, maximizing sightlines and spatial flow. A newly designed kitchen and bathrooms were integrated with advanced Lutron HomeWorks lighting technology, while warm wood detailing and sculptural lighting elements unified the interior and exterior. The result is a contemporary living environment that feels expansive, elevated, and seamlessly connected to the city below.
